I’m a researcher with a profound interest in the human experience, well-being, and interconnection.


By working as a PhD candidate for ‘Stress in Action’ (Psychiatry Department, Amsterdam UMC), my research will contribute to the theoretical development of daily life stress, the reliable measurement of it with smartphones and wearables, and its effects on health.
